Scalian is hiring a Systems Engineer to design, develop, and validate complex systems across the system life cycle. The role involves analyzing customer and stakeholder needs, writing and managing technical requirements, using SysML and MBSE, deploying requirements-management tools, conducting functional and dependability analyses, producing engineering deliverables, monitoring technology compliance, and presenting to stakeholders. The position requires an engineering degree in electronics or a similar technical field, at least two years of relevant experience, knowledge of Systems Engineering standards, proficiency with modeling and requirements tools, and strong analytical, coordination, communication, and English skills.
