Description
The Infrastructure Engineer will design, operate, and continuously improve international on-premises and hybrid server and infrastructure platforms. Responsibilities include managing Windows Server and Linux systems, virtualization, databases, backups, monitoring, incident response, automation, documentation, compliance, and infrastructure projects. The role requires several years of system engineering or infrastructure experience, strong hands-on knowledge of Windows, Linux, virtualization, Kubernetes, SQL, PostgreSQL, backup, monitoring, and IT security, along with enterprise experience, ITSM familiarity, English fluency, and willingness for international collaboration and occasional travel. The position is based in Gold Coast, Australia and offers flexible working hours and home-office days.
