Candidates need a relevant bachelor’s or master’s degree, at least three years of low-latency trading administration experience, Linux expertise, x86 tuning knowledge, clock synchronization experience, automation skills, and networking knowledge. The position offers health insurance for employees and dependents, meals, gym reimbursement, snacks, and team events, with a base salary of $200,000 to $300,000.
