XMSTART is looking for a Systems Engineer to join their team. This role involves providing Systems Engineering and Technical Advisory (SETA) services to assist the government in implementing and executing systems engineering processes to integrate mission systems into the operational baseline at a customer facility in Chantilly, Va. The primary responsibilities include advising on planning, engineering, integration, and operations and maintenance activities, analyzing and documenting site system architecture, collaborating with various stakeholders, developing and delivering analyses and recommendations, creating Model-Based Systems Engineering (MBSE) models, leveraging digital twin technologies, supporting automated test solution development, and improving software design.
