XMSTART is hiring a Systems Engineer to provide Systems Engineering and Technical Advisory (SETA) services at a customer facility in Chantilly, Virginia, supporting government mission-system planning, integration, operations and maintenance, architecture analysis, MBSE and digital engineering, modeling and simulation, automated testing, and software architecture improvement. The role requires U.S. citizenship, an active TS/SCI clearance with polygraph, a STEM degree, and 7–9 years of experience depending on degree level, along with strong systems engineering, requirements, architecture, verification, collaboration, Agile/DevSecOps, cloud, and modeling-tool expertise.
