Description
The Systems Engineer will lead end-to-end development of complex aerospace and space systems, electronic assemblies, and Electronic Ground Support Equipment; analyze customer requirements; create technical proposals; coordinate small project teams; mentor junior engineers; moderate technical reviews; identify risks; and collaborate with customers, partners, and internal specialists. The role requires a technical degree, several years of Systems Engineering experience, experience leading complex development projects, and expertise in aerospace and space systems, electronic systems, and development and qualification processes. The position offers a 38-hour weekly schedule, mobile work up to two days per week after six months, vacation, and corporate benefits.
