Description

Greenjets is seeking a Systems Engineer to support the development and delivery of complex aerospace and unmanned systems. The role covers system requirements, architectures, interfaces, requirements management, system integration, verification and validation, flight testing, safety and airworthiness activities, supplier engagement, and customer-facing engineering work. The position requires strong technical judgment, structured thinking, stakeholder management, and fluency in English, with experience in aerospace or related high-technology systems and familiarity with systems engineering tools advantageous.

Additional Information

Required Previous Experiences: Experience in a Systems Engineering role within aerospace, defence, automotive, motorsport, unmanned systems, or another high-technology industry
Preferred Qualifications: Understanding of systems engineering principles, including requirements management, system integration, verification and validation, and lifecycle development
Experience with aircraft electrical systems, avionics, battery and energy storage systems, electric propulsion systems, power electronics, flight control systems, mission systems, or integrated vehicle systems
Knowledge of aerospace safety and development standards
Familiarity with systems engineering and requirements management tools such as Jama, Polarion, Cameo, Enterprise Architect, or similar platforms
Strong communication, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills
Ability to work effectively within multidisciplinary teams and adapt to evolving requirements and development environments
Fluency in English; German and other language capability is beneficial
