Description
The employer is hiring an experienced Systems Engineer to develop and operate core infrastructure for large-scale data platforms. The role focuses on low-level systems engineering across Linux kernel internals, storage systems, file systems, IO stacks, clustering, and distributed architecture. Responsibilities include designing scalable services, leading root-cause analysis, improving reliability and operational excellence, collaborating with SRE, Support, QA, and Product teams, and mentoring engineers. The position is full-time onsite in Pune or Bengaluru and requires strong C/C++ systems programming, Infoscale integration, Linux internals, storage and IO-path experience, and at least 8 years of related experience with a bachelor’s degree or 6 years with a master’s degree.
