Description
Rocket Lab is hiring a Systems Engineer I or II specializing in Configuration and Change Management to support the Neutron rocket program in Auckland, New Zealand. The role manages engineering change implementation, system-level change impacts, configuration management plans, configuration validation, obsolescence procedures, and automation of data-integrity checks across design, manufacturing, and enterprise systems. Candidates need an engineering degree or equivalent experience, 1–5 years of relevant technical experience, strong communication and process skills, and familiarity with PLM/PDM and workflow tools; Python scripting or Teamcenter/Jira API automation is a plus.
