Atlas Technica is hiring a full-time, non-exempt Systems Engineer for a dedicated onsite role in Austin, Texas. The position provides client-facing IT support, troubleshoots end-user and infrastructure issues, manages Microsoft 365 and Windows Server environments, supports endpoint protection and networking, documents tickets, and collaborates with technical teams. Candidates need at least two years of relevant IT experience, including desktop and systems support, Microsoft 365 administration, Windows Server and Active Directory, endpoint protection, virtualization, networking, and strong communication and troubleshooting skills.
