INGSERV GmbH is hiring a full-time Systems Engineer in Kassel, Hesse, to support complex development projects in the defense technology industry. The role involves technical oversight of subsystems and systems, designing Vectronik architectures, managing requirements and specifications, leading multidisciplinary projects, coordinating customers and subcontractors, preparing technical proposals, and overseeing verification, commissioning, and factory acceptance testing. Candidates need a completed master’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Physics, Computer Science, or Mechatronics, systems-engineering and E/E-architecture experience, strong communication skills, and very good English proficiency.
