Description

Greenjets is hiring a Systems Engineer to support the development and delivery of complex aerospace and unmanned systems, including electrical, avionics, and powertrain systems. The role covers requirements management, system architecture and interfaces, stakeholder collaboration, system integration, verification and validation, flight testing, safety and airworthiness activities, and supplier engagement. The position is based in Munich with regular collaboration across UK engineering teams and is offered as a permanent role.

Additional Information

Required Previous Experiences: Experience in a Systems Engineering role within aerospace, defence, automotive, motorsport, unmanned systems, or another high-technology industry
Preferred Qualifications: Understanding of systems engineering principles, including requirements management, system integration, verification and validation, and lifecycle development
Experience with aircraft electrical systems, avionics, battery and energy storage systems, electric propulsion systems, power electronics, flight control systems, mission systems, or integrated vehicle systems
Knowledge of aerospace safety and development standards such as ARP4754A, ARP4761, or MIL-STD-882
Familiarity with systems engineering and requirements management tools such as DOORS, Jama, Polarion, Cameo, Enterprise Architect, or similar platforms
Strong communication, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills
Ability to work effectively within multidisciplinary teams and adapt to evolving requirements and development environments
Fluency in English; German and other language capability is beneficial
