ITC is hiring an Expert-Level Systems Engineer to support a cryptologic dissemination customer in modernizing the auto-dissemination proposal adjudication process. The role involves understanding data flows, reviewing dissemination obligations, defining adjudication processes, and creating artifacts for requestors and adjudicators. The position requires TS/SCI clearance with a full-scope polygraph, a bachelor’s degree in a relevant discipline, and at least 20 years of systems engineering experience, with additional experience in intelligence law and policy, process engineering, SIGINT, and Jira desired. The salary range is $200,000–$260,000, with medical, dental, vision, retirement, leave, and other benefits.
