The Systems Engineer at Nuvision Credit Union plays a crucial role in designing, implementing, monitoring, reporting, and maintaining a secure infrastructure under the guidance of the Vice President of Infrastructure & Info Security. This includes managing the Microsoft environment's daily performance and security, troubleshooting technical issues, expanding network infrastructure, managing email systems, documenting the environment, protecting interfacing systems, monitoring capacity, developing maintenance schedules, implementing backup and recovery procedures, managing server environments, administering vulnerability assessments, conducting patch management, ensuring proper user privilege establishment, hardening servers, managing disaster recovery and business continuity, participating in project teams, and supporting continuous improvement.
