Array Tech, Inc. is hiring a Systems Engineer to support the Research and Technology team’s next-generation solar tracking systems. The role involves developing engineering test plans, collecting and analyzing test data, correlating results with engineering models, operating and enhancing engineering tools, performing mechanical and structural analysis with FEA or similar tools, contributing to statics and dynamics models, supporting optimization studies, and documenting findings. The position requires a bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, 0–2 years of relevant experience or internship or academic project experience, and exposure to FEA or simulation tools; Python exposure is preferred but not required.
