Description
Innoflight is hiring a Systems Engineer I to support systems engineering activities across complex aerospace systems. The role involves system problem resolution, requirements development and traceability, architecture and design support, multidisciplinary collaboration, implementation and troubleshooting, and performance analysis. Candidates need a bachelor’s degree in engineering or a related field, at least one year of systems engineering or relevant engineering experience, foundational systems engineering knowledge, and the ability to obtain a security clearance. The position offers a starting base salary of $85,000 to $125,000 per year, medical, dental, vision, HSA, and life insurance, and is onsite in San Diego.
