Description
Jabil is hiring a Network Operations & Support professional to monitor and troubleshoot enterprise LAN, WAN, wireless, SD-WAN, VPN, and voice networks; support P1/P2 incidents and 24x7 on-call rotations; deploy and configure routers, switches, firewalls, and wireless solutions; and maintain network documentation and inventory. The role also supports network refresh, migration, upgrade, change management, vendor coordination, and compliance activities. A bachelor's degree in Computer Science or Management Information Systems is preferred, or 3–5 years of equivalent experience; 2+ years of enterprise networking experience is required, along with production troubleshooting, implementation, and cross-functional collaboration experience. The primary workstation is in the office, with some time on the manufacturing floor and possible extensive travel.
