Description
The Operations & Finance Specialist Contractor will support the financial management of budgets, reporting, forecasting, purchase orders, and daily invoices across Client’s TV’s global Publicity, Studio Communications, Talent Relations, Awards, and Events operations. The role manages budget and actuals analysis, collaborates with Finance, Travel, Business Affairs, Legal, Procurement, and other teams, assists with contract review and cost analysis, and manages vendor and external partner setup. It requires at least eight years of entertainment-industry billing and purchase-order experience, a proven track record in budget tracking and financial planning, and a bachelor’s degree in Finance or Accounting.
