Space Coast Credit Union is hiring a Systems Engineer II for a six-month contract-to-hire role focused on designing, implementing, maintaining, and securing enterprise Linux platforms, primarily Red Hat Enterprise Linux, across on-premises, virtual, and cloud-hosted environments. The role includes system administration, security hardening, compliance, automation, troubleshooting, backup and disaster recovery, and collaboration with cybersecurity, network, database, cloud, and application teams. Candidates need 5 to 8 years of progressively responsible enterprise Linux systems administration experience; a four-year degree in a related field is preferred, along with experience in regulated industries. Compensation is $113,900 to $120,628, with medical, dental, and vision insurance and other benefits.
