SimIS, Inc. is recruiting an on-site Systems Engineer II to support the development and maintenance of shore-based training systems across multiple SCSTC locations. The role performs systems engineering functions including requirements synthesis, verification planning, systems analysis, design coordination, requirements management, configuration control, and verification and validation for complex Navy systems. Candidates must have a bachelor's degree in a relevant technical field, 3–7 years of U.S. Navy systems engineering experience, simulation integration and testing experience, knowledge of systems engineering processes, familiarity with military training systems, DOD 8570 IAT Level I certification, and a SECRET clearance. Preferred qualifications include a master's degree, PMP certification, project management tools, multidisciplinary team leadership, government reporting, and DoD acquisition experience.
