Description
Textron Systems is seeking an experienced Systems Engineer to lead systems engineering efforts for complex military systems. The role covers system modeling, requirements decomposition, trade analysis, system architecture, lifecycle management, requirements traceability, interface management, risk analysis, and milestone reviews. Candidates need a bachelor’s degree in engineering or a related discipline, five years of related experience, strong communication and teamwork skills, and an active Secret clearance with the ability to obtain SAP-level clearance. Optional expertise includes Model-Based Systems Engineering and SysML, while Model-Based Systems Engineering and DOORS experience are also noted as useful.
