Description
The Systems Engineer III – Governance will support senior leadership in establishing governance, portfolio flow, and requirements control processes across a large product portfolio. Responsibilities include improving portfolio flow and requirements management, controlling and prioritizing requirements, designing JIRA structures and workflows, and supporting Configuration Control Boards and Overarching Integrated Product Teams. The role requires TS/SCI clearance with a full-scope polygraph, experience in large-scale engineering or product systems, Agile at scale, complex enterprise product-team management, CCB or OIPT experience, and deep JIRA expertise.
