Description
The Field Systems Engineer provides onsite IT support and operational technology services at Sally Beauty Holdings’ Distribution Center in Justin, Texas. The role covers endpoint and mobility management, warehouse RF and handheld device support, network and wireless troubleshooting, infrastructure maintenance, incident and change management, technology deployments, vendor coordination, and documentation. It requires 1–2 years of related experience, knowledge of Windows, Microsoft 365, Intune, SCCM, SOTI, and warehouse mobility technologies, and availability for off-hours support.
