The role includes post-sales implementation, solution architecture, customer consultation, technical presentations, professional services support, project planning, knowledge transfer, and technical leadership. It requires 7+ years of related system engineering experience, a bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience, strong troubleshooting and communication skills, and the ability to travel daily.
