Description
The Ground Station Engineer supports an Advanced Integration Course by training pilots on aircraft simulators and working with development and test teams for operational integration at customer locations. The role performs systems integration, verification and validation, cost and risk, supportability, and effectiveness analyses, as well as computer-system design, development, and analysis. Candidates need a relevant bachelor’s degree or equivalent aviation experience, an active Top Secret security clearance investigation within the last five years, DoD IAT Level II certification, and IT experience across Windows/Linux, databases, networking, or COMSEC. The position may require deployed CONUS or OCONUS work, rotating shifts, and more than 50 hours per week.
