Description
Wabtec is hiring a Systems Engineer to lead the design, development, integration, testing, and deployment of Train Handling solutions, including Trip Optimizer and Locotrol. The role covers requirements management, trade studies, verification and validation, technical problem solving, field testing, customer collaboration, and the application of AI-enabled tools and advanced analytics. Candidates need a bachelor’s degree in engineering, mathematics, or computer science and at least five years of hands-on design, requirements development, and implementation experience in engineering systems, hardware or software engineering, or data information systems. The position is U.S.-only and may provide relocation assistance.
