Description
Lockheed Martin is hiring a Systems Engineer Lead and Subject Matter Expert for the ACES Battle Staff Trainer Program. The role leads systems engineers and sub-discipline architects in developing customized functional and physical system designs, performs system architecture and integration analyses, uses MBSE tools and DOORS or DOORS NEXT, interfaces with cross-functional teams and customers, and supports cost, schedule, risk, verification, validation, and supportability analyses. The position requires a bachelor’s degree, at least five years of related experience, systems integration and test experience, Agile systems engineering experience, NATO force-structure knowledge, and prior experience communicating technical concepts to external stakeholders. It also requires an Interim Secret U.S. government security clearance and U.S. citizenship, with domestic and international travel of approximately 25%.
