Description
Hadrian is hiring a Factory Automation Equipment Engineer to design and deliver automated equipment that bridges manufacturing processes and factory operations. The role leads cross-functional mechanical, controls, software, and build teams through requirements, design reviews, phase gates, and production acceptance; owns equipment performance, reliability, cost, and timeline; and helps establish internal equipment development and deployment frameworks. The position requires a STEM bachelor's degree or equivalent experience, at least 8 years designing and deploying automated industrial equipment, CAD proficiency, and experience across equipment development, risk assessment, specifications, design reviews, and build cycles. The target salary is $165,000–$220,000, with medical, dental, vision, life insurance, 401(k), flexible vacation, equity, and possible relocation support.
