Cummings Aerospace is hiring a full-time Mid-Level Systems Engineer in Largo, Florida. The role covers requirements development, systems architecture, Model-Based Systems Engineering, concept of operations, data analysis, software and systems integration and testing, verification and validation, and root-cause analysis. The engineer will collaborate with software engineering, test, and other technical disciplines and report to a Team Lead and assigned Product Owner. The position requires a relevant bachelor's degree, 5–12 years of experience, defense or naval systems knowledge, embedded software modeling and simulation experience, MATLAB and simulation-tool experience, software integration and test experience, sensor integration and tracking experience, familiarity with specified tools, and an active Secret security clearance.
