Boeing Defense & Security is hiring an Associate or Mid-Level Systems Engineer (Modeling & Simulation) in Albuquerque, New Mexico, to support a Department of Defense proprietary program. The role involves developing and validating electro-optical system requirements, analyzing field data, performing trade studies and modeling and simulation, and conducting tests to validate designs. Candidates need a relevant bachelor’s degree, at least two years of related experience, modeling and simulation experience with MATLAB or Mathematica, and the ability to obtain a U.S. Top Secret/SCI security clearance. The Associate (Level 2) pay range is $91,800–$124,200, and the Mid-Level (Level 3) pay range is $112,200–$151,800; applications were accepted until October 8, 2026.
