Description
The Workplace Domain Manager leads a team of approximately fifteen technicians providing Level 2 support for workplace devices in the University Hospitals of Geneva’s Digital Transformation and AI Directorate. The role manages incident resolution, device commissioning and replacement, team scheduling and quality, procedures and knowledge tools, troubleshooting scripts, workplace evolution projects, performance indicators, training, and technology monitoring. It requires a university degree in computer science or an equivalent qualification, at least five years of similar experience, strong Windows and macOS system knowledge, and excellent French, writing, and leadership skills. The position is permanent, full-time, and requires on-call availability.
