Description
The role defines and documents system requirements for electrified powertrain systems, translates stakeholder needs into technical specifications, develops functional and logical system architectures, leads FMEA, FTA, and risk-assessment activities, manages mechanical, software, and hardware interfaces, supports validation and verification, and collaborates with cross-functional teams on safety, quality, and regulatory compliance. It requires a bachelor's or master's degree in engineering, at least three years of systems-engineering or powertrain-development experience, knowledge of powertrain systems and functional safety, and proficiency in English.
