Lockheed Martin RMS is hiring an experienced Systems Engineer to support the 1LMX digital transformation with remote full-time telework. The role focuses on cross-functional collaboration and solution architecture for requirements engineering, including eliciting and analyzing requirements, developing functional specifications and traceability artifacts, configuring 1LMX RMS workflows, supporting verification and validation, maintaining documentation, and driving continuous improvement using standards and modeling approaches such as ISO/IEC 15288 and SysML. The position requires the ability to obtain and maintain a U.S. government Secret clearance, U.S. citizenship, and experience with requirements management tools and enterprise architecture/modeling techniques.
