Description
The Lead Systems Engineer will lead the development of operational concepts, top-level systems, software, and hardware designs, detailed designs, testing, and product implementation. The role requires MBSE and OOSEM, simulation modeling, programming, hardware, and systems-engineering expertise; supervises technical staff; manages risks, costs, and proposals; and coordinates with program, software, hardware, and manufacturing teams. It requires a bachelor's degree or equivalent experience, at least four years of simulation-industry experience, U.S. citizenship, and a DoD security clearance, with approximately 25% travel throughout the United States and occasionally internationally.
