Lockheed Martin Rotary & Mission Systems is hiring a full-time Mid-Career Systems Engineer to support the design, development, integration, and testing of Department of Defense products and technologies, including weapons, radars, and Command & Control systems. The role focuses on mission analysis, ConOps development, gap analysis, trade studies, requirements validation, performance prediction, and defect resolution in Ballistic Missile Defense and Anti-Air Warfare, using Python or MATLAB, statistical methods, and simulation tools. The position requires a STEM bachelor's degree with five years of experience or a master's degree with three years of experience, DoD SECRET clearance, and U.S. citizenship.
