The role develops and implements system safety programs, performs hazard analyses and safety assessments, reviews design changes, supports accident investigations, and leads safety working-group meetings. Candidates must have an engineering bachelor’s degree, experience with MIL-STD-882 system safety programs, the ability to obtain a DoD Secret security clearance, and strong communication and analytical skills.
