Lockheed Martin Missiles & Fire Control is hiring a full-time Systems Engineer for its Aviation mission area on the SOF GLSS program in Lexington, Kentucky. The role leads systems engineering requirements, interfaces, test planning, troubleshooting, risk analysis, schedule and resource planning, and subcontractor oversight for aircraft and unmanned aircraft system modifications and sustainment. It requires knowledge of systems life-cycle processes, requirements management, technical risk mitigation, clear technical writing, and root-cause analysis, with MBSE, digital twins, simulation, and AI/ML as desired skills. The position requires U.S. citizenship and a company-sponsored clearance, and offers a salary range of $76,700 to $142,500 plus medical, dental, vision, and other benefits.
