Lockheed Martin is hiring a Level 3 Senior Systems Engineer to own and lead one assigned Capability Integration Strategy function. The role integrates technical roadmaps, delivery planning, capability incentives, anomaly resolution, release management, and decision intelligence through authoritative data and explicit decision rights. The engineer will maintain technical baselines, manage cross-program dependencies, govern deficiencies, validate release-readiness evidence, reconcile portfolio data, and lead analysis for technical and program reviews. The position requires depth in one of four technical tracks, a relevant bachelor’s degree, experience leading work across organizational boundaries, and an active Secret clearance with the ability to obtain and maintain a Top Secret clearance. The full-time salary range is $85,300 to $158,300, with medical, dental, vision, flexible work arrangements, retirement matching, paid time off, and other benefits.
