Lockheed Martin is hiring a Level 3 Systems Engineer for its Reliability & Maintainability Analysis & Integration team, based primarily in Marietta, Georgia. The role provides technical guidance and integration across R&M disciplines, engineering teams, program organizations, and functional stakeholders, with responsibilities including earned value and control account management, R&M proposals and basis of estimate development, FRACAS data analysis, aircraft readiness analytics, logistics support analysis, and coordination using ServiceFLO. The engineer will use Tableau, SAS, Excel, ServiceFLO, and engineering or logistics databases to analyze data, develop metrics and dashboards, improve processes and data quality, support workforce planning, and modernize analytical methods. The position requires a bachelor’s degree and experience in reliability and maintainability, systems engineering, engineering analysis, logistics or supportability analysis, project management, technical planning, cost and schedule management, estimating, program execution, cross-functional coordination, and data analysis or reporting. The full-time salary range is $85,300 to $158,300, with medical, dental, vision, flexible work arrangements, retirement matching, paid time off, and other benefits.
