Description
Lockheed Martin Space is hiring a Program Execution Manager to lead a team of 5–8 engineers developing concepts of operations, designs, and technology insertion plans for current and future Positioning, Navigation, and Timing (PNT) systems. The role manages technology insertion costs, schedules, and technical performance; coordinates with GPS and other engineering teams; represents Lockheed Martin with Department of Defense stakeholders; and leads technology transitions, rough-order-of-magnitude estimates, and request-for-proposal efforts. The position requires a bachelor's degree in electrical or mechanical engineering, an interim Top Secret clearance with TS/SCI eligibility, and 10+ years of technical and leadership experience, with additional experience in RF, optical, or digital processor systems preferred.
