Description
Lockheed Martin Rotary and Mission Systems is hiring a full-time Systems Engineering Integration and Test (SEIT) Lead to oversee operations and maintenance of complex software-defined RF system installations in OCONUS and CONUS locations. The role leads engineering baselines, upgrade testing, change management, engineering review boards, system integration, verification and validation, and knowledge transfer to government operators and maintainers. The position requires a STEM engineering degree, 9 years of professional experience or 7 years with a related master’s degree, a Top Secret security clearance prior to start, systems engineering and change management experience, and the ability to travel to OCONUS locations. The salary range is $145,100 to $269,500, with medical, dental, vision, and other benefits.
