Description
The Systems Engineer performs technical planning, system integration, verification and validation, cost and risk, supportability, and effectiveness analyses for total systems across the product lifecycle. The role translates customer requirements into hardware and software specifications, conducts trade studies and interface analyses, and supports compliance with nuclear-hardening, FAA airworthiness, military, and other relevant standards. It requires a STEM degree or equivalent experience, leadership experience in component and weapon-system analysis, and experience with nuclear-hardened aircraft designs or methodologies; MBSE, CATIA, HEMP, Earned Value Management, and specialized testing instrumentation are desired. The position offers a full-time salary range of $145,100 to $269,500 and medical, dental, vision, and other benefits.
