Description
The Systems Engineer performs technical planning, system integration, verification and validation, cost and risk, supportability, and effectiveness analyses across the full systems lifecycle. The role translates customer and product requirements into hardware and software specifications through functional analysis, trade studies, requirements allocation, and interface definition, while managing contractual documents, subcontracting, and IT responsibilities where applicable. A bachelor’s degree, systems engineering document-creation experience, subcontract management experience, and strong organizational skills are required; BOE, SSOW, F22, and communication skills are desired. The full-time position pays $129,000 to $239,600 and includes medical, dental, vision, flexible work arrangements, retirement matching, paid time off, and other benefits.
