Lockheed Martin Space is hiring a mid-career System Safety Engineer for its Denver, Colorado facility. The role evaluates hardware and software for mission success and develops and maintains system safety documents, hazard analyses, fault trees, hazard tracking systems, test procedures, and range safety reports. The position requires a bachelor's degree in engineering or a related discipline, knowledge of system safety standards and design and operations safety principles, experience with hazard identification, analysis, risk mitigation, and documentation, and the ability to obtain Secret clearance; United States citizenship is required. The full-time salary range is $118,000 to $219,100, with medical, dental, vision, flexible work arrangements, retirement matching, paid time off, and other benefits.
