Description
Lockheed Martin is hiring a Global Interfaces Lead for its Command and Control, Battle Management, and Communications (C2BMC) team to support the development, testing, and deployment of missile defense system capabilities. The role defines interfaces strategy and risk mitigation, supports Agile product teams and engineering reviews, presents interfaces plans and status to program leadership, and provides technical feedback on interfaces development. It requires an interim top secret clearance, U.S. citizenship, systems engineering experience, project management and team leadership experience, and familiarity with C2BMC architectures, Agile, risk management, and tools such as DOORS, JIRA, Confluence, and Cameo. The position may involve approximately 10% travel to customer sites throughout the United States and offers a full-time salary range of $104,900 to $194,700 plus benefits.
