Description
Lockheed Martin is hiring a Level 4 Staff Systems Engineer for its Capability Integration Strategy (CIS) team. The role is an advanced individual contributor who owns and leads one assigned CIS function while integrating technical baselines, cross-program dependencies, release readiness, portfolio data, and decision intelligence. The engineer serves as technical authority for the led function and integration authority across assigned cross-function scope, resolving conflicts and elevating portfolio-level trade decisions. The position requires depth in one of four technical tracks—Capability Architecture & Integration Planning, Technical Integrity & Release Readiness, Data Engineering & Architecture, or Data Analysis & Decision Metrics—and includes a Secret clearance requirement at start of employment with Top Secret clearance and additional program access required. The full-time salary range is $104,900 to $194,700, with medical, dental, vision, flexible work arrangements, retirement matching, paid time off, and other benefits.
