The System Safety Engineer supports System Safety Engineering efforts for Air Mobility and Maritime Missions aircraft programs, including program planning, hazard identification, evaluation, control, risk assessment, trade studies, software safety requirements, and coordination with design teams, suppliers, internal management, and external customers. The role requires a bachelor's degree in an engineering or related field, experience with system safety analyses and standards, project and team leadership, and knowledge of relevant military, FAA, and software safety standards. The full-time salary range is $104,900 to $194,700, with medical, dental, vision, flexible work arrangements, retirement matching, paid time off, and other benefits.
