Lockheed Martin Rotary and Mission Systems is hiring a Systems Engineer Lead for the MH-60 Naval Helicopter Program in Owego, New York. The role leads multidisciplinary engineering teams, contributes to system design and requirements, supports major program reviews, develops basis of estimates, manages control accounts and earned value reporting, and communicates technical status to internal leadership and external customers. Candidates need a bachelor's degree in a relevant STEM discipline, at least five years of relevant experience, systems engineering and control-account or earned-value experience, and the ability to obtain and maintain a Secret-level government security clearance.
