Lockheed Martin Aeronautics is hiring a Systems Engineering BOE Lead to support the F-35 Common Reprogramming Tool (CRT) Design team. The role creates and maintains cost-estimate BOEs for hardware, software, and services; develops functional, logical, and physical architectures; produces system diagrams and interface control documents; supports software development processes, metrics, labor estimates, release execution, verification, and milestone reviews; and coordinates with finance, procurement, and program managers. The position requires a STEM or technical-related bachelor's degree or equivalent experience, strong program management and communication skills, and the ability to obtain a company-sponsored secret clearance. It is a full-time role with a salary range of $104,900 to $194,700 and medical, dental, vision, and other benefits.
