Description
The Systems Engineer performs technical planning, system integration, verification and validation, cost and risk, supportability, and effectiveness analyses across the full systems lifecycle. The role translates customer and product requirements into hardware and software specifications through functional analysis, trade studies, requirements allocation, and interface definition, and may include IT responsibilities. It requires a STEM degree or equivalent experience, systems-engineering lifecycle experience, radar and electronic warfare knowledge, antenna or AESA familiarity, and cross-functional teamwork. The full-time salary range is $118,000 to $219,100, with medical, dental, vision, flexible work arrangements, retirement matching, paid time off, and other benefits.
